Bin Collection Days

BIN COLLECTION DAYS – South Norfolk Council – Hard copies of Bin Calendars will no longer be sent to residents. This is because most collection dates have not changed, the costs involved, and the move to information being online where changes can instantly be amended. To ensure residents are kept informed of waste collection dates, residents are advised to use the customer account functionality on the South Norfolk Council website. Once a resident is registered or selects their property, their next waste collection dates are displayed for domestic rubbish and recycling (and also garden waste if they subscribe to this service). There is also the option to print the bin calendar directly from the webpage. If a resident does not have access to the internet, please let them know that they can call the depot’s customer care team on 01508 533830 to confirm their collection dates or have a printed calendar sent to them.
